So many women value being “Independent.”  But being independent does not mean you need to “do it alone.”  Struggling alone leads to exhaustion, isolation, and defeat.

This program promotes self-empowerment and feelings of belonging.

The Structure: Connect, Interact, Dance

Grooving Through It is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Connect

Briefly share your challenges and your aspirations.

2. Interact

Partner up to help someone else balance their energies around their issues and to get yours balanced.

3. Dance

Then “Groove Through It.”  Learn choreographed dance routines (with the freedom to bring in your own style).  Literally move through your challenges, and get the added benefit of getting exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise.

No dance experience required!
