Partner up to help someone else balance their energies around their issues and to get yours balanced.
Then “Groove Through It.” Learn choreographed dance routines (with the freedom to bring in your own style). Literally move through your challenges, and get the added benefit of getting exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise.
